Welcome hunters! You are about to see a lot of great trophy whitetail bucks. I have heard concern that we are shooting them all. We have over 3000 acres/hunter. We have the largest area in Saskatchewan and we work hard to manage our whitetail with our 130 inch rule (which will be raised next year to 135) and utilizing all the area that we own, which is a lot as there are still areas after 8 years that we are just getting into. We purchased 2 new areas this year alone that are working out great for us. We run 4 different camps with all of them being prime whitetail habitat and spread out over a 90 mile radius. We are having a lot of problems this year also getting into all of our areas because there is so much water around. This will be good though as we will hopefully be able to get into them soon leaving fresh hunting ground for our later hunters to enjoy. I believe also because of all this water we are exspierencing a tremendous horn growth year. Enjoy the site. Grant |

Here is Tim Zemguluis with Len. They caught these awesome Lake Trout the same day that Tim shot his Buck. He called it an outdoorsman's dream. A big whitetail and some big Lake Trout. Way to go Tim! They sure tasted good at Dinner time.

Welcome Everyone. All of the above deer were from our 1st weeks hunt between the 4 different camps. What a great week. We shot 3 deer over 170 and 1 over 180 and a pile of great bucks. Not bad considering our weather conditions. We have surpassed 2004 season in harvesting 170 plus deer already in the 1st week. We are down to 3 camps now as Brandon is done where he is at and is now helping us up at Green Lake. Good to have him back down here. Mark and Corey, Jason & Ken are back at Paradise Hill doing a great job down there. Sheldon who was working with Brandon has moved up to Paradise to help the boys out there. IT has been a great start to our season. The hole year to this point has been banner. We harvested the best bears ever, the most geese ever and if this season continues the way that it has started it will be a best ever in the whitetail end of it all. I would like to thank all my hard working guides, cooks and cleaners and most importantly my wife and kids, as they all work so hard to help me make this happen and without all of them it would not happen. Well we could not have asked for a better start to our 2nd week.Hunter Mark Smith who is a faithful repeat client did not have to wait to long before this awesome and I mean awesome buck made the mistake of coming in front of him. He is a great deer that gross score 180 and I believe he may net the book. Then a few hour later his twin brother shot a buck that looks damn close to being a twin of the deer that Mark shot. Then Mike Hanback of Outdoor Life Network pulled in late due to flight probelms and we got all his gear and the camerman ready and headed down to the far end of the lake to set them up. Brandon was with me and we left the guys and thought we woud try fishing which was a silly idea as it was pretty cold out there. Anyways we later went in to get Mike and the camerman, we pulled up to shore and John the camerman was standing there and I asked how it went. He then said that we got one and I said Great. Then John said he was a 22 pointer. UNBELIEVABLE. They shot him 20 minutes after we left. There will be pictures of the awesome deer on the sight soon. Then we pulled up to one of our clients who was waitin on the shore for us and told us that he shot a fine 12 pointer. What a day. I am tired and going to sleep. Thanks for checking out the sight. What a great 22 point Buck. We got this deer on high Def. video for a OLN show that will probably air next season. What a awesome heavy old Saskatchewan Buck. Great job Mike and John. They arrived late Monday afternoon and we got them on stand at about 3:30 PM. They only sat 20 minutes before this monarch came in....

What a great heavy buck. Mike's buck gross scored 166. He was shot from the Paradise Hill camp with a bunch of good bucks that will follow this picture. They harvested 6/12 the 1st day of their hunt with a heavy and I mean very heavy buck shot by Robin Margolis that gross scored 177. Then on Tuesday they harvested 3 more bucks. 9/12 in two days at Paradise Hill with a 154 average. Good work to my boys at Paradise!!!!! |

This is a good story. Kyle was on the last day of his 6 day hunt. Passed up many good bucks. On the 6th morning of his hunt a bruiser comes through his stand. Kyle goes to shoot and finds out that the stock on his gun is broke. He goes to shoot anyway holding it the best that he could and went to fire and click. He recocked his gun and shot. The buck took off. He called Jason and this is where they found his buck. |

This to date is our highest gross scoring deer for this year. He scored a whopping 191 5/8. His one main beam is over 28 inches long. Unless we get something bigger in our last week, he will be the deer of the year and I will have his score on the sight. Great ol heavy buck. He was cruising with a big ol 4X4 and Ron had seen him that morning but the big buck would not give him a shot. Then he came back that evening and Ron did the Job. The buck had such a long main beam that the end was full of mud from when he would put his head down to eat. He is a monarch! Ron passed on many good bucks throughout the week and was rewarded with this fellow on the 5th day of his 6 day hunt. Congratulations Ron!
